Our current position
At the time of writing, ZeroToGardener does not use affiliate links and does not earn commissions from products mentioned in our guides. When we name a type of pot, soil, or tool, it is because it is genuinely relevant to a beginner, not because we are paid to mention it.
If this changes in the future
If ZeroToGardener begins using affiliate links, this page will be updated to say so, and affected pages will carry a clear disclosure. In that case:
- Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you.
- A commission would never change our honest opinion of a product, and we would only ever suggest things we believe are useful for a beginner.
- We would continue to describe categories and features first, so our advice stays useful even if you buy nothing.
